Alana Corwin is a tap dancing animator who likes to make things move and bring stories to life. She comes from a background of many art mediums including theater, dance, illustration, film, poetry and her main love, animation. As a visual story teller, Alana crafts her work using traditional methods of 2D, experimental and stop motion animation. She draws her inspiration from the complex world around her, the minds of children, nature, and social & global issues. She is currently completing her MFA Thesis in Visual Narrative at the School of Visual Arts in New York.
